If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Loudmouth Lip Attire LLC, 4305 E. Osborne Ave, Tampa, FL 33610.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Loudmouth Lip Attire , accessible from http://www.loudmouth-lips.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

If You are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please notify Us within 72 hours of the tracking delivery date of the product, inform us of the issue, and we will work with You to resolve it. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, and safety concerns regarding COVID-19, we cannot accept returned products. We do offer exchanges or refunds for damaged products as long as you have contacted Us within 48 hours of the tracking delivery date of the product. We will evaluate the issue to determine whether the purchase is eligible for a refund or excahnge.

If an exchange is warranted, there is no need to send the originally purchased item back to Us in the mail. We will ship the newly requested item at no charge to You within 7-10 business days from the date on which You have contacted Us.

If a refund is warranted, We will reimburse You no later than 7-10 business days from the day on which You have contacted Us. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund or exchange, please make sure to:

  • Contact Us within 48  hours of the tracking delivery date of the order.

The following Goods cannot be returned back to the Company:

  • None of the items on the Company website may be returned due to public health and safety reasons surrounding COVID-19.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We will assess the issue to determine whether or not the item is eligible for a refund or exchange. If a refund or exchange is warranted, there is no need to send the originally purchased item back to Us in the mail. We will ship the newly requested item at no charge to You within 7-10 business days from the date on which You have contacted Us.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
